Around 20% or our workforce are based at our Head Office in Kewaigue working in roles that include Cellar Service Engineer, Telesales Operator, IT Technician Finance Personnel, Human Resources and Payroll, Administrative Assistant, Operations Manager, Brewing Technician, Warehousing staff, HGV Driver and much more.
The largest division of the Group is the Retail Division which accounts for around 80% of the workforce. These are our employees who work in our public houses and convenience stores in roles including Pub Manager, Bar Staff, Chef, Catering Assistant, Store Manager and General Assistant.
